Hi there,

Come and join us as we reflect on a month of growth and community at Space Youth Services! Dive into our April Recap for a glimpse into our journey, inspiring stories, and ways to engage.

Our Highlights

Social Action Week

Earlier this month, we celebrated Social Action Week, and the enthusiasm from the young people in our youth centres was wonderful! It was a fantastic opportunity for them to unite in supporting others and enhancing their local community. Throughout our Space centres, we witnessed inspiring activities like community litter picking and bake sales. Additionally, young people dedicated their time to sprucing up their community's youth centre through decorating, organising clear-outs, and much more.

A big thank you and well done to all the young people involved.

Introducing: Neon Night Walk Challenge! Sponsor a young person

Young people have organised a neon night walk from Exmouth to Exeter to raise £750 of vital funds for their summer activities. They will take on the 7.5 mile challenge on the 30th of May, donning their brightest, silliest clothes!

As we approach the summer months, we are excited to offer young people in our community the opportunity to engage in exciting and educational activities. However, securing funding for our summer projects has been really hard this year.

Our summer activities have a significant positive impact on our local communities, providing young people with opportunities for growth, learning, and fun during the summer holidays. We want to subsidise these activities to make it accessible for all young people.

4 youth centres are coming together with over 30 young people to take on this challenge and raise vital funds.

Can you support them by giving them a sponsor today!
