I just wanted to touch base and thank Space for all of your fantastic support we have received here at PPYC over the last 18 months.

I cannot express enough how the virtual events (networking, training, support and 121 check ins) have helped us to stay ‘in the moment’ with our settings and young people, even with the constant changes to regulations. |n addition, the clear cut guidance you and the team have delivered to the sector after the NYA announcements has been truly valuable in terms of clarity and conciseness. You made; what could be confusing and overwhelming for some, manageable and clear, with the opportunity to ask many questions without time constraint or embarrassment.

Also, the ‘Covid box’ we received seriously exceeded my expectations! Very well thought out, high quality products that are easy to use. Brilliant signage, and even bin bags! We were really pleased with what we received and are very grateful. We were not left wanting or needing for anything after we received ours, so thank you very much for making it so easy to access and you even delivered!

On the same note, I must also say thank you for the loan of a laptop. This will support me in my role no end - and is a valuable piece of equipment. I could not support the admin of the club without it after my own laptop stopped working. The team at Space acted quickly to offer this support and again went above and beyond to deliver this to me! A brilliant piece of equipment with enough clout to get the work done with ease.

People like you really make a big difference for youth workers, and this feeds into the young people we serve. Thank you so very much.
